ABSTRACT: The main objective of this thesis was to study the level of employee job satisfaction among PLM BSTHTIM graduate of their chosen careers. A huge world behind them offers a blend of careers, specifically the industry that they were trained to work upon. The descriptive approach helped the researchers in the determination of the conditions that prevailed among the career contentment of the graduates. Using the convenience sampling technique and filtration procedure, we examined who the respondents were and what they had to say through surveys by questionnaire. The researchers learned that job satisfaction varies depending on several factors that affect one's attitude and performance at work. The researchers obtained the cut for each indicator and acquired diverse viewpoints from the PLM BS THTIM graduates concerning their employments and their effectiveness. The findings and results revealed how satisfied the employed graduates were, as the theoretical and conceptual frameworks were applied. The conclusion confirmed the level of job satisfaction of the respondents with their career choices and other relevant matters that stood out during the length of the study.
