DEFINITION OF THE PROJECT The NY is a proposed 5-star hotel development inspired by New York architecture. It consists of two 30-storey hotel buildings, a 4-storey shopping mall, 2-storey event space building, and 10-storey parking facilities. NAME OF THE PROJECT The proposed project called The N.Y. or basically means The New Yorker, is a luxurious 5-star hotel to be developed in Pasig City, taking the essence and ambiance of New York City. This aims to bring the feel and glamour of the New York City vibes to Pasig City. The N.Y. will have two 30-storey hotel buildings that will form the central features of the development. Along with luxury accommodation, these complexes will also have a 4-storey high- end mall or retail, cutting-edge dining, and an integrated two-storey event's space that attracts both local and international guests. The project aims to raise the benchmark on hospitality and entertainment in Pasig City, a real destination for both business and leisure tourists. The feasibility study highlights increased demand for upscale accommodations in the area based not only on site selection but also on growing tourism and business activities occurring at its vicinity. Drawing inspiration from unique architecture from New York City. The N.Y. promises to become a landmark development that blends urban luxury with world-class amenities.
