ABSTRACT: In terms of aquaculture and fish farming, the Asian nations have certain commonalities as well as some differences, yet, fisheries continue to be an important focus area. All of the nations want to raise their fish output, boost their revenues from exports, increase the amount of animal protein available, and broaden job prospects The contribution of fisheries is growing in general, with the exception of Thailand, nevertheless, the contribution of India, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Thailand to the total freshwater output of the globe is steadily declining In general, the contribution of fisheries is growing. The majority of Bangladesh's fish supply comes from its brackish and freshwater ecosystems, which are found in inland waterways. The consumption of famed fish has become the norm in China Ponds that are filled with freshwater are by far the most important contributions, since they provide households with fish that can be eaten at a reasonable cost. Cage culture is widely practiced and accepted in the Philippines. More than 60,000 acres of land in the Philippines are specifically designated for the purpose of catfish farming making it one of the country's most important agricultural businesses. These catfish are being grown utilizing a wide array of techniques, and under a number of different levels of leadership.
