Executive Summary This section of the feasibility study serves as the introductory part of the whole study which gives an overview of the whole feasibility study, namely, its purpose and such. Name of the Company Pimbap Food Co. is a food company founded in 2023, its name is derived from two words namely, Pinoy and Kimbap. This name was constructed due to the want of the founders to fuse Pinoy-style creation to the Korean product, Gimbap. The location enterprise of Pimbap will be inside PLM campus near the food stalls. This location is easy to access for any students as they can be seen inside the canteen. It is expected that students of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila will be the main consumers of Pimbap.
