A Five-Year strategic financial plan for Emson Arwin Plastic Corporation - Financial Plan: (BSBA major in Financial Management) - Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, 2022

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This paper contains the five-year strategic financial plan for EAPC, a plastic manufacturing firm. EAPCS is a medium-sized entity and a manufacturing type of business. They acquire their raw materials both locally for colorants and internationally for plastic pellets which are processed and transformed into finished goods to deliver to their clients who belong to different sectors and industries. The entity also offers additional services such as leading plastic products and logistics as one of their revenue mainstreams. EAPC’s main problem is inefficiency is asset, management, specifically, having a high cash surplus, high level of inventory, and depleted machinery. These problems are identified after a thorough analysis of the entity’s financial ratios where several ratios related to the main problem, such as the quick acid ratio, cash ratio, and turnover ratios are interpreted as unfavorable. Analysts also ensured that the problem is not on the profitability of the entity after obtaining the results from the computed Break-Even Point Analysis. After a through analysis, the proponents strongly recommend that the multi-warehouse management system be applied. This one in which the entity will construct a new warehouse outside of their current area. Doing such would address all problems encountered by the entity.
