ABSTRACT: This thesis entitled. "Analyzing Financial Ratios of the Construction Companies in Metro Manila: Basis for Cut-offs and Standards" was prepared by financial students in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Financial Management. The study analyzes the financial ratios in construction companies, which are particularly relevant in transactions involving the construction service sector. The purpose of this study is to define financial ratios for the construction services business based on secondary data. The study focuses on liquidity, profitability, Solvency, and efficiency to establish cutoffs and standards for financial analysis. By promoting consistency and comparability in financial analysis, this research aims to benefit investors, analysts, and other decision-makers who rely on financial reports, contributing to the standardization of financial reporting.
