ABSTRACT: The main purpose of this study is to determine if there is a significant relationship between the factors that effect the career choice of the respondents and their level of satisfaction. Descriptive-correlational design was used to determine the relationship between the two aforementioned variables, 70 respondents, who were employed college graduates from barangays 818-A and 866 in Sta. Ana, 312 and 313 in Sta. Cruz, and 513, 520 and 523 in Sampaloc, all within the vicinity of Manila were surveyed using a researcher-made survey questionnaire from whom the data for the study will be collected. This study limited itself to determine the relationship between factors that affect their career choices and their level of satisfaction. In conclusion, it was found that the respondents the most dominant factor that affected the career choice of the respondents was personal interest. Moreover, their career satisfaction level was satisfactory. Furthermore, it was also found out that there was a slight significant relationship between factors that affect their career choices and their level of satisfaction.
