All faculty members are also registered Physical Therapists here in the Philippines. For inter-rater liability, a total of 40 students were recruited to participate in the study based on the regular number of students per block in every year level under College of Physical Therapy. To determine the content validity and reliability of the proposed rubrics used in practical examinations for ROMEs, the researchers used CVI and CVR, and ICC and modified kappa, respectively. The results revealed that the conducted and used rubric is valid but not reliable. In view of the findings, it is recommended that the proposed rubric be tested more than once.
