The study was conducted to create a workable profile both personal and professional, of DOJ Prosecutors under the Office of the Chief State Prosecutor and to determine the influence of said profiles in communicating and implementing the provisions of law. The former included the variables age, gender, educational attainment, occupational background, religion and length of service as prosecutor. The latter covered the prosecutors' strengths, weaknesses, work aspects enjoyed/not enjoyed, areas needing improvement, technical competencies, compensation package, sources of job fulfillment, areas of advancement, management support, and work attitude. The correlational method of research was used in this study. Belonging to the general classification of descriptive research, the correlational method initially begins with describing what actually exist such as current conditions, practices, situations or any phenomena. The profiles of the prosecutors, both personal and professional were defined. The strategies in communicating and implementing the provisions of law were collected. With these major variables on hand, correlational analysis was performed on the data. All these data were obtained from 52 participating prosecutors, through a customized, researcher-made questionnaire. Research data were statistically treated using percentage, mean and standard deviation, Spearman rank correlation, Kendall Coefficient of Correlation/ Concordance and T-test. The results of the study rejected the hypothesis that personal and/or professional profiles of prosecutors do not significantly influence their strategies in communicating and implementing the provisions of law. In fact, they really do. Likewise rejected was the null hypothesis of no agreement or concordance in the exercise of communication strategies used with clients, colleagues, superiors and other agencies. The respondents differed in the way they deal with the media. All three null hypotheses were tested at .05 significance level.
