The study was conducted to determine the respondents' level of awareness on the existing school discipline policies and their perceived extent of implementation of these policies across the 17 public high schools in the City of Manila for the school year 2012-2013. The results of the study shall become the basis for the development of a set of intervention strategies that will be part of an enhanced collaborative intervention programs in the schools. The descriptive method of survey type was used to obtain information concerning the current status of school discipline and to describe what exist with respect to variables or condition in a situation. This is also a correlational study that investigated the association among the students, teachers, non-teaching personnel and school administrators regarding the school discipline policies of their own school. The study utilized a researcher-made questionnaire that was subjected to content validity through experts'judgement and pilot-tested for reliability using Cronbach's Alpha. In summary, the results for the level of awareness and the perceived extent of implementation of school discipline policies means with its accompanying standard deviation were computed. For the test of relationship b between two variables, the Parson Product Moment Correlation was performed. Consistent with the data gathered, the study revealed that all respondents are highly aware of the school policies being implemented in their schools and the high level of implementation of these school policies specifically the policies on physical appearance, punctuality, attendance and the function of school administration. However, the study also showed that there is moderate implementation of policies on teacher and personnel support system, on the role of school discipline committee and respect for students' rights and responsibilities. Respondents on the other hand were unanimous in their assessment of a collaborative intervention program, to effectively address continuing problems on discipline among students, most especially the problem on bullying in the school system. In view of these findings it is recommended that the following actions are taken, a roundtable discussion (RTD) among stakeholders at the start of the school year of the school rules and regulations for consistent implementation of these policies; an implementation of Social Dynamics Management (SDM) that will intensify dynamism through 5C's (communication, character, commitment, cooperation, and collaboration); strengthen the role of the School Discipline Committee (SDC) through trainings of its members on their duties and responsibilities and finally the preparation and drafting of a standard Handbook of School Policies on Discipline for use by all 32 Secondary schools in Manila to be spearheaded by the Manila Association of Public Secondary Schools Administrators ( MAPSSA). This as a result of an Enhanced Collaborative Intervention Program that each school will undertake with the participation of all stakeholders.
