ABSTRACT : The need to address the challenges of reproductive health (RH) issues and concerns particularly among the adolescents, and to respond to adolescent reproductive health (ARH) interventions is one of the main objectives of this study. result of this study may serve as basis on several reports from the Manila City Health department on the high incidence of reproductive health (RH) problems, knowledge and practices of sexuality among college students of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila was done from the twelve (12) undergraduate Collegesusing the Proportionate Stratified Sampling Technique. From the profile of students who are sexually active startin at age fifteen (15), use of condom was ranked as the first preference of contraception. Sexual practices and behavior on smoking, alcohol and drugs, knowledge, attitude and lifestyle and reporductive health, sexual practices in terms of contraception methods preferences, incidence of sexually transmitted disease (STD) were graphically presented in the research work.
