The company have been using a old-fashioned way or manual way of marketing and promotion services which cause them higher expenses. With this the proponents come up with three alternative couses of actions. First, assign area managers for covered regions. Second, acquire partnership with an agency and lastly, penetrate markets through online advertisement outsourcing. After carefully analyzing the alternatives, ACA #3 was chosen. With this solution the company will be outsourcing to solve its current problems and be able to perform better in the industry in the coming years. |
