Technical Feasibility In the technical aspects of watermelon cultivation in Campo de Sandia, the researchers discussed a detailed production process. To initiate a successful production pattern, it is vital to select the right watermelon varieties that are suited for the regional climate and soil conditions. This includes considerations of disease resistance, yield potential, and market preferences. With the use of essential tools and raw equipment and high-quality seeds and fertilizers, it ensures the optimization of watermelon growth. It includes the background of the business operations, such as the product description, location and floor layout; it contributes to the efficiency and output of watermelon farming. Careful attention to the timing of each stage ensures that both the quantity and quality of the yield are maximized. Equally important is the management of water resources for irrigation, which is crucial in supporting the plants throughout their growth cycle. c. Management Feasibility In the management aspect, it discusses the study's proposed business, which will be in the form of a general partnership. Campo de Sandia is proposed by eight (8) students from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. The general manager will supervise the overall operations of the business, ensuring that the standards and requirement in the business's policies are met in daily operations. e. Financial Feasibility The financial part of the paper begins with a thorough evaluation of initial investment, such as land, equipment, and labor expenditures. This paper uses break-even analysis that helps us to establish how many watermelons we need to sell to pay your costs. Furthermore, cash flow forecasting peak sales times and potential cash shortages. Exploring financial sources, such as agricultural grants and loans, can help fund both early investments and ongoing operations. Finally, by analyzing risks, such as weather fluctuations and market shifts, and preparing for long-term sustainability through enhanced farming practices, we would raise total profitability. e.
