Executive Summary a. Marketing Feasibility Jars Chili Company aims to provide high-quality, sustainable, and organic siling labuyo or wild chili in the province of Daet, Camarines Norte. Under this aspect, the supply and demand were calculated using information obtained from the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) and face-to-face surveys. Through this, it was determined that the market was in fact in need of siling labuyo or wild chili. The company's more than 605 market share will then be used to address this. This section also covers the business's marketing strategy, which includes a variety of methods such as the usage of online marketplaces like Lazada, Shopee, Facebook, and Instagram. The cheaper also included a SWOT analysis of the company, which focuses on its opportunities, threats, and areas of strength and weakness. d. Technical Feasibility This section primarily discusses the production process of siling labuyo or wild chili in Daet, Camirnes Norte. The company's logo helps to promote both its primary goal of becoming the market's leading supplier of high-quality, sustainable grown wild chili and the nation's local agriculture. This included a discussion of the production schedule, which begins with proper seed selection, is followed by seed banking, preparation of the land, planting of the seed, fertilization of the land, irrigation to maintain soil moisture, as well as the implementation of pest and post management, and is then followed by the harvesting, storage, and utilization processes. The plant location, which is on Camambugan, Daet, Camarines Norte is known for its rich loam soil that would greatly impact the production of wild chili.
