In the Philippines, the foodservice industry contributes a large share in the country’s GDP making it a critical portion of the economy. Food service industry is large and fast growing with many sub-categories resulting to a vast competition. Companies are making their unique strategies for them to stand out among their competitors. One of the categories is the restaurant industry where Pizza Hut belongs. Pizza Hut is one of the leading restaurants in the Philippines making it the best pizza innovator of the country. It began its business in the Philippines in 1984 and it is managed by Philippine Pizza Inc. which is only franchiser and owner of Pizza Hut Philippines. It operates by giving the customers the best and wide varieties of pizza along with other offerings. This paper unveils the essential information of Pizza Hut such as its current situation, internal analysis, consumer analysis, market analysis and situational analysis that will help us point out situations that need an immediate action. This paper also contains the strategic plan of action in order to achieve its anticipated goals or objectives. This strategic plan aims to expand brand awareness to the consumers and to increase its sales by 6% at the end of quarter of 2016.
