EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Commuters make a considerable contribution to the productivity of the workforce. Punctuality amongst people is a challenge everyone is trying to face daily. The proponents thought it best to help aid this problem by creating the Tren2Go app. This app will be designed to help make people have a smooth commuting experience. The app will include some of the metro's treasured railway stations, the Metro Rail Transit (MRT). Some of its primary features will include time slots of the train's arrival and departure, advance announcements of the train's whereabouts, and an updated price list of the fares. TrenGo, a full-of-feature software created for Filipino commuters, provides several vital functions to improve the MRT (Metro Rail Transit) experience. Commuters can quickly purchase tickets or add money to their transport cards, streamlining the ticket-buying process when using the app. TrenGo provides information on the quickest and most practical routes and transfers to other means of transportation to assist in route planning. Additionally, users may participate by providing reviews and ratings. It offers fare information as well as station amenities. The software includes recommendations for adjacent shopping centers, other terminals, and the closest tourist sites, going further than the fundamentals to provide consumers with a seamless commuter experience. The commuters who use the MRT (Metro Rail Transit) system, including workers, students, regular Filipino commuters, and even those with disabilities, are Tren2Go's target market. The software is made to be PWD-Friendly. Tren2Go hopes to alleviate their hassle by providing an easy access route. It intends to provide them with route options and on-time train conditions to prevent time wastage and aid in establishing active members of society. Tren2Go app goes the extra mile to ensure accessibility for people with disabilities and senior citizens. Through its partnership with the Department of Transportation, the app offers a call for assistance feature that connects users with the nearest station guard for immediate help. Additionally, Tren2Go provides com prehensive help and support resources, including FAQs, tutorials, and contact information. To guarantee a truly accessible experience, the app undergoes rigorous accessibility, ensuring that everyone can use it easily. This commitment to inclusively includes conducting user research and testing specifically with the target demographic, ensuring the app meets their unique and preferences. |
