Formatted contents note ABSTRACT: The identification of critical factors (CFs) that influence Construction Labor Productivity is critical for ensuring successful project outcomes and efficient project execution. This research paper employed Pareto Analysis Hierarchy Process, using a validated questionnaire, to analyze CFs and develop a framework for the structural works of low-rise building construction projects. Through meta-analysis, the study identified a total of twenty (20) CFs specifically associated with the structural aspects of building project delivery. From these, the top nine (9) CFs were determined as the most significant factors using Pareto Analysis Experts evaluated these CFs using a validated questionnaire and the Analytic Hierarchy Process, resulting in the ranking of the most prioritized CFs: Health and Safety, Money-Related Concerns, Construction Quality Management, Coordination and Communication, Supervision, Planning and Scheduling, Labor Skills and Experience, Changes from the Plan, and Equipment, respectively. The researchers have developed a framework based on these priority CFs, which can be utilized by construction project participants during the structural phase. The framework serves as a guide to improve Construction Labor Productivity and facilitate successful project outcomes.
