Formatted contents note ABSTRACT: Many traditional museums struggle with digital accessibility, interactivity, and engagement, limiting their ability to reach a wider audience. Museo ni Rizal, the museum that this study collaborated with, faces these challenges, as its limited online presence restricts access to historical collections for remote users. Existing virtual tours lack real-time collaborative features, preventing discussions and knowledge sharing among visitors. Additionally, the absence of VR integration results in a less immersive experience that fails to replicate the depth of a physical museum visit. These limitations restrict public engagement and learning opportunities for students and history enthusiasts. To address these issues, this study developed ExpoLine, a web-based virtual museum designed to enhance accessibility, interaction, and immersion. Its objectives were to: (1) create an interactive 360-degree virtual tour with clickable artifacts displaying multimedia content: (2) implement real-time visitor tracking and a chat function to facilitate engagement between users and administrators; and (3) integrate VR compatibility to provide a fully immersive museum experience. To achieve these objectives, Cloudpano, a web-based platform for creating interactive virtual tours, was used to reconstruct Museo ni Rizal’s first-floor exhibits, allowing users to navigate and access historical content. Tawk to, a real-time messaging tool, was integrated for visitor tracking and communication, fostering interaction. Additionally, VR support was implemented using Meta Quest 3 with Cloudpano, enabling an immersive 3D museum experience. Results showed that ExpoLine significantly improved digital accessibility, user engagement, and immersion. The platform expanded access to Rizal’s historical collections, encouraged real-time interaction, and enhanced user experience through VR technology. These advancements highlight the potential of digital innovation in transforming museum experiences and ensuring that Rizal’s legacy remains engaging and accessible to future generations
