The study revealed that in all sub-ordinates, such as research, communication/ teamwork, clinical task, administration and management/ supervisory, nurses do not need further training in general, though the weakness was observed on indicators for research. The profile of the nurses showed no significance in their performance of different tasks from the five domains. With this, the profile description of the nurses in the different nursing services and length of service had high regarded as most of them had a description of strong agreements among the statements on the domain for training importance and performance.
