| Summary, etc. | Cityland Development Corporation (CDC) was founded on January 31, 1978, as a domestic corporation. It has affiliated companies like Cityland, Inc. or CI (ultimate parent), Credit and Land Holdings, Incorporated (subsidiary of Cl), City and Land Developers, Incorporated (subsidiary of CDC), Cityplans, Incorporated (subsidiary of CDC) and Cityads, Incorporated (subsidiary of CI). The organization's principal activity is the acquisition and development of residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial real estate. This objective will be achieved by acquiring and enhancing suitable real estate properties. CDC has two affiliates, City & Land Developers, Inc. and Cityplans, Inc. (CPI). CPI manages all aspects of pension plan development, implementation, marketing, and sales. Mid-rise to high-rise residential, commercial, and office towers are constructed by CDC in Makati, Mandaluyong, Manila, Pasig, and Quezon. In Paranaque City, Bulacan, and Cavite, the business also develops subdivisions and agricultural land. <br/>The Board of Directors has played an integral role in the success and longevity of the group. In order to fulfill its mission of helping every Filipino family realize the American dream of home ownership, the Cityland Group of Companies has made a concerted effort to maintain low real estate prices. The organization's commitment to following through stems from its ability to organize a business capable of carrying out its mission. They are so committed to assisting all Filipino families in purchasing a home that they founded a company for this purpose. They are able to fulfill this responsibility, which is why they have made the decision to do so. |
