This strategic management paper covered the financial aspect and operation<br/>of Quinstelle Corporation. The company is a manufacturing and/or trading company<br/>specifically for ladies' products such as lingerie, shirts, shorts, nighties, underwear.<br/>The company's manufacturing or main business center is located in the first-class<br/>urban municipality of Rodriguez, Rizal.<br/><br/>This paper evaluated the company mission and vision statement and<br/>recommend a revised statement to the company. Macro environment of Quinstelle<br/>in the manufacturing industry are the Train Law 1 and 2, abolishing the Multi Fiber<br/>Agreement, Gross Domestic Product, inflation rate, interest rate, population growth<br/>rate, introduction of internet and e-commerce. The internal aspect includes the<br/>management, operation, human resource department, research and development,<br/>technology and the production facility of Quinstelle. Carefully study and made part<br/>of this paper.<br/><br/>The main strategic issues that the company is currently experiencing is the<br/>lack of distribution channel and without the intervening advanced technology to its<br/>business marketing approach and technique.<br/><br/>The recommended strategy is market penetration that Quinstelle can<br/>experience surge growth of sales for present product in a current market through<br/>greater marketing efforts and adding distribution channel to be able to grasp<br/>unreachable markets. Quinstelle would have to expense resources in marketing<br/>and/or advertising method that with the excessive aid of internet and ecommerce<br/>the brand recognition will take place. Consistent brand recognition can influence<br/>completely the increase of sales and revenues and thus the end outcome of market<br/>penetration is seen deem effective at the firm's strategic objective. |
