Summary, etc. This paper aims to discover the most appropriate strategy that would address<br/>the initial identified problem for COMMTREND Construction Corpora tion. The<br/>internal and external factors are all considered, studied and analyzed to<br/>improve the overall performance of the company. Its internal analysis<br/>highlighted one of the main strengths of the company which is their own<br/>technical expertise in the industry and the variety of services the company<br/>offer. However further development and needed improvement in operational<br/>functions specifically in trainings and development can be a potential driver<br/>towards more efficient and effective productivity of the company. The external<br/>analysis exposes the highly competitive market of telecommunication<br/>constructions sector and the demand for the ever-growing needs for vital<br/>players in the telecommunications Industry and infrastructure. Digital, fast and<br/>reliable communications have become an integral part of every business<br/>operations, it may be considered a necessity for companies that relies on<br/>stable, secured and high-speed internet connection. <br/><br/>The strategy proposed to reduce this issue is the extensive engagement in<br/>training's and development, seminars and skills enhancement programs that<br/>will enable the employees, professionals and skilled workers adapt to the<br/>knowledge, skills, technical operation and processes that will empower them to<br/>be more competitive and knowledgeable in the industry.<br/>Different strategies were developed by using various matrices that was based<br/>on the result of the internal and external analysis.<br/><br/>Regardless of the high level of competition and limited exposure in trainings<br/>and development. COMMTREND Construction Corporation needs to improve<br/>by utilizing these strategies to meet its long-term objectives.
