Action note: In: Summary: ABSTRACT: This paper present the Enhancement of Z-Buffer applied in 3D Object Rendering Z-buffering works by testing pixel depth and comparing the current position with stored data in a buffer (called a z0buffer) that holds information about each pixel's last position. The pixel in the closer position to the viewer is the one that will be displayed, just as the person in front of the television is what the viewer sees rather than the screen. The researchers found some problems which resulted us to enhance the algorithm. For our first problems and objective, we enhancedd the depth buffer test so it will display the color it should display first. For the second problem and objective, we have can now display the polygon behind the transparent polygon. And as for the last problem and objective, the researchers were able to enhance the rendering time of the 3D object, thus, resulting to high frame rate per second and rendering time. For further enhancements, the future researchers could make the user input easier for those people who have a little background in 3D Rendering. Other editions:
