EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: TYPE OF BUSINESS: Resiklo is a sole proprietorship type of business that manufactures and distributes high quality slippers. One of its main materials is from recycled tires which will serve as the slippers sole. Resiklo slippers are designed artistically with the famous logos of the selected universities within the vicinity of SM City Manila. This will introduce the latest fashion mania. The product will be sold at the business stall located at the 2nd floor of SM City Manila. COMPANY SUMMARY: The business name is from the word recycle which means to save or collect used or waste material for reprocessing into something useful. The concept of the business is adopted from its business name. Resiklo offers quality and fashionable slippers for the market. It is an eco-friendly firm since one of its main materials is used automobile tires which make the slipper more durable. Aside from durability, the product is patterned with unique and artistic designs and distinctive colors of the selected universities with their respective marks/logo. The unique identity comprises Resiklo's trendy slippers made of environment friendly material, its accessible location, easily recognize business name, creative logo, trendy packaging and well-trained management team. And apply an ecological perspective towards industrialization. MANAGEMENT: Resiklo is led by Ms. Charmane Anne R. Cerillo who has 16 years of working experience in slipper making industry and became an HR consultant in a private slipper firm. USE OF PROCEEDS: The initial capital of Pho 3,000,000.00 will be used for purchasing of raw materials (Php 91,667 for the first month), buying of necessary equipments and supplies (Php 125,000) it will also be allotted for the advancement and promotions (Php 33,333 for the first month), salaries, lease and company vehicle. The owner intends to use the excess cash for the growth and expansions of the enterprise.
