EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: Type of Business RicoPao aims to give its customers a high quality and new innovative product that will satisfy their desire for food. It is a product wherein every different type of viand is placed inside the rice. Company Summary: RicePao will hold to its vision of creating a sumptuous ready to eat meal for the busy industry and to offer a whole new level of experience that everyone could enjoy. It will be a sole proprietorship type of a business run by Ms. Kathleen Dimalanta. As the owner of the business, she will also act as the manager of it. The business consists of the manager/pwner, cashiers, crews, and cook. RicoPao's direct competitors are R'BX and Binalot that already exist in the industry. The said copetitors can be found within the vicinity where the product will be established. But the product's new and unique look with quality assurance will give the business an edge over its competitors. Collateral: Since the business gets its capital from personal fund, there is no need for collateral unless an additional capital which will surely help the proprietor pursues this business. Use of Proceeds: Start up and operating expense including for sales and maturity for the purchases of raw materials and maintenance of the equipments and supplies for the facilities for a total amount of Php737,000. Exit: At the end of five (5) years, the projected income for the business is Php 3,577,190.33.
