ABSTRACT: This study is designed to determine relationship of selected personal factors, academic attributions, learning styles, attitude towards achievement in Software Packages in Business (SPB 11) of PLM's BSA junior and senior students for the academic year 2015-2015. The students characteristics considered in this study are grade in SPB 11, attributions, attitude towards SPB 11 and learning styles. There were one hundred eighty-two (182) respondents in this study. This research used adapted questionnaires. Based on the gathered data, the mean grade of PLM BSA students in Software Packages for Business is 1.29. The highest grade of the BSA students is 1.00 while the lowest have a grade of 1.75. Out of 182 respondents, almost the majority have a grade of 1.00-1.25 with a total of 135 students. The remaining 47 students belong to the group with a grade of 1.50-1.75. Overall, achievement of PLM BSA students in SPB 11 is high. Findings revealed that the BSA students see that they personally control their attributions. They believed that they are responsible for the grade they get from SPB 11. Students are undecided whether their attribution for academic performance is stable or not. This shows that they could not picture out if their attribution is constant/permanent or it changes from time to time. In the four dimension of attributions. Locus has a significant positive relationship the achievement in SPB 11. Locus is the dimension that distinguishes whether the cause of someone's attribute is by either internal or external. Although stability, internal and external control showed that they have a positive relationship with the grades received by the students in SPB 11, the relationship was still not significant.
