The researcher made use of the library work method and questionnaire method to be able to gather the needed for the study. The respondents were the first year high school student of Arellano High School. Questionnaires were given to the respondents personally, the researcher enquired them first before it is being distributed through the help of the teacher. After a week, the researcher retrieved the questionnaires from the school and from there the tabulation of data starts. 56
