Descriptive design was employed in this study. The research was conducted at Balite Falls in Amadeo, Cavite where 25 workforce respondents participated. Total population sampling was utilized. The researchers design a self-reporting questionnaire for data gathering process to get quantitative data. The level of economic impacts of Balite Falls were rated by the workforce respondents. The ranking was done in Likert scale where 5 means strongly agree and 1 means strongly disagree. Data gathering procedure was started after a letter of request was presented to the local government of Amadeo, Cavite for the permission to conduct the study and to administer the questionnaires to the target participants. As the statistical treatment of data, the data were analyzed and the following were employed : mean, T-test and one-way ANOVA at 0.05 level of significance. There were 3 problems in this study upon which answers were sought. The findings in this study revealed that the demographic profiles of the workforce-respondents have no significant difference to the level of economic impact of Balite Falls. Balite Falls was first introduced to tourists since March 2016. Even up to this time, the management continues to improve the site by building facilities around the area. In effect, no significant difference is shown between the demographic profiles of the respondents and the level of economic impacts of tourism. Most of the tourists visit the falls during the weekends and summer. Respondents nature of work is also one of the factors why there is no significant difference between their demographic profiles and the level of impact of tourism because some of them are on-calls only during peak seasons.
