The researchers determined the profile of the respondents by age, nationality, gender, and purpose of travel. The researchers also identified the level of satisfaction of international passengers regarding the facilities and services which are Check-in and Security, Passenger Services, Luggage, Transit and Transportation and Airport Facilities of NAIA Terminal 1. The study applied the instrument, survey questionnaire. The respondents of trhe study are 100 departing international passengers. The activity was conducted at the Check-in counter and Transit Area of NAIA Terminal 1 Departure Area. The majority of the respondents are young adults, male, Asians and are travelling for business purposes. The level of satisfaction of international passengers regarding the said facilities and services of NAIA Terminal 1 is satisfactory which contradicts the title World Worst Airport and Asia's Worst Airport. The researchers proposed various improvements for rehabilitation of the facilities and services such as renovation of the interior and exterior structure of the airport, technology advancement and other adjustment that may be feasible to the management of NAIA Terminal 1 based on the findings of the study.
