Action note: In: Summary: ABSTRACT The aim of the researchers in conducting this study is to determine the preferences of foreign nationals in choosing a retirement place in the Philippines and locate places that will sit their preferences.The researchers used descriptive design. It attempts to describe, explain and interpret conditions of the present. Upon conducting this research, the researchers used convenience sampling technique where samples are drawn at the convenience of researchers. IT includes participants who are readily available and agree to participate in the study. A researchers-made questionnaire was used to gather information from the respondents. The survey questionnaires has undergone validation process by the (3) experts in their field of study. After the data gathering procedure, the researchers answered the specific questions 1 and 2 using frequency percentage and weighted mean. To test the null hypothesis if there is a significant difference in the mean preference of foreign nationals in choosing a retirement place in the Philippines when grouped according to their profile, the T-test and F-test were employed. From the results of the data gathered, findings, conclusions and recommendations were drawn. Other editions:
