It attempts to describe, explain and interpret conditions of the present. Upon conducting this research, the researchers used convenience sampling technique where samples are drawn at the convenience of researchers. It includes participants who are readily available and agree to participate in the study. Questionnaires were used to gather information from the respondents specifically those who are already have experienced Mt. Pico de Loro. The survey questionnaire had gone through validation process by the three (3) experts in their field of study. After the data gathering procedure the researchers worked on the results and discussion, to test the significant difference in the satisfaction level when grouped according to their profile, the T-test and F-test were engaged. There is no significant difference between the respondents profile and their perception on Mt. Pico de Loro as a potential ecotourism destination, thus the respondents profile in terms of age, gender, residence and nationality didn't alter their mean perception towards the mountain. The respondents are satisfied with the general criteria for a ecotourism destination in terms of accessibility, activities, attractions, carrying capacity, local community and safety and security. Most of the respondents satisfaction level was good, it was computed and interpreted from the results in the overall weighted mean. A special criteria was also provided to determine the potential of an ecotourism destination. The criteria measures the infrastructure, natural resources, wild life, development and the sustainability of natural resources and ecotourism activity in the area. Following this, most of the respondents observed these criteria in Mt. Pico de Loro making it a potential ecotourism destination. However, such hindrances occur in the area such as in terms of promotion where majority of the ecotourists visiting Mt. Pico de Loro are Filipinos. From the results of the data gathered, findings, conclusions and recommendations were drawn. Other editions:
