Action note: In: Summary: ABSTRACT: Laboratory facilities can help to fulfill the vision of CTHTIM to produce hospitality graduates with employable skills both in domestic and global market. Students satisfaction has been identified as a key performance indicator in the said CTHTIM laboratory facilities. This study focused on the level of satisfaction of PLM Hotel and Hospitality Management students to the current status of College of Tourism, hotel and Travel Industry Management Laboratory. This involve the CHED's minimum requirements for laboratories, facilities, equipment and appliances and TESDA's core competency. The data were collected using a questionnaire with three parts. In this study, the researchers choose the fourth year students. Fifty six (56) students both male and female were randomly selected. The respondents were students from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. The result of the study was analyzed and interpreted using percentage, ranking, mean descriptive method and ANOVA, tables and figures were used to clearly show the result of the study. The researchers have found out that the majority of the respondents find there selves not satisfied to the current laboratory facility of CTHTIM This research aims to correlate the respondent's profile and the levels of satisfaction of the students to the laboratory facilities to proposed suggestions and improvement came from the respondents and researcher's observation.
