The researchers used descriptive analysis to determine the individual profile of the respondents. While the weighted mean was used to specify the respondents level of agreement or disagreement in each Environmental Impact. The Z test and ANOVA were applied to determine the significant difference of the mean of gender and years of residency respectively. From the result of the data gathered findings, conclusions were obtained and the following recommendations were suggested: the local residents may be of great impact on the environment of Maginhawa Street in terms of being an example to the visitors on how to recycle and to promote waste management for the conservation of a clean environment within the establishment; the people or the administration in Maginhawa Street may give efficient ways to fully develop the environment in Maginhawa Street in order for them to increase in number of visitors.
