ABSTRACT: The purpose of this study is to identify the issues and concerns of local communities within the Hotel's Vicinity. the aspects explored the health condition, congestion and pollution of each hotel's community. this paper also provides review on particular environmental impacts of Hotels to the community. This will allow the City Government to establish new guidelines and policies, local communities to know which hotels are stricly conforming the rules and regulations and to the researchers to choose workplace regardless of the classification of the hotel.
