ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine the preferred hotel reservation method of Korean tourists within Manila if there's any significant relationship between the gender, age, and monthly income to the respondent's preference. It also seeks to answer what is the degree of importance of trustworthiness, time efficiency/speed, accuracy, accessibility and affordability in hotel reservation methods. The researchers of the study used Pearson's cumulative test statistic. Pearson's correlation is used to determine the degree of relationship between two data which are at interval ratio. A survey was conducted to 100 korean tourist respondents to find out what is their preferred hotel reservation method. Results show that most Korean tourists prefer the ease of using online booking and base their preference on trust, which is why hotels in manila must invest extensively in online-booking and exert efforts to secure the reliability of their reservation methods. Travel agencies must also seek ways to improve their services since the use of online-booking is considered a threat to their line of business.
