In order to maintain the park with this big number of visitors, and to ensure their safety and provide them an unforgettable experience, a good policy must be implemented. This research aims to know, how observable or how visible the policy implemented by the National Parks Development Committee (NCDC) are. In this study, 43.5% of the respondents have ages ranging from 16-25, or a total of 87 respondents; 79 respondents (39.5%) are aged 26-39 years old; and 34 respondents (17%) are from the age bracket 40-60. From these 200 respondents, 92 respondents have visited the park for the first time, 13 respondents visit the park daily, 29 are weekly visitors, 39 are monthly visitors, 21 respondents visit yearly, and 6 respondents have other answers. The researchers found out that there is a significant difference between observations of the tourists when grouped according to their age, and that there is a significant difference between the tourists' observations when grouped according to their frequency of visit. It was also found out that there is no significant difference between the observation of a local and foreign tourist. The situations listed on the survey questionnaire, taken and re-stated from the NPDC policy by the researchers reflect on how proper the policies of the Rizal Park are implemented. The study concluded that there are some areas of the policy needed to be improved or properly implemented. Other editions:
