Action note: In: Summary: ABSTRACT: Having a prosperous culture, numerous Chinese traditional restaurants, and historical churches and temples, Binondo in the City of Manila had served not only a home for the Filipino-Chinese community but also extends it resources to those food lovers. In this thesis, the researchers aimed to determine the relationship and influence of the PLM Employees profiles to their gastronomic preferences in the district of Binondo, hence, provide promotional strategies for further improvement of its tourism industry. In spite of the unrelated findings, the researchers had learned that taste of the food and its right temperature, the courtesy and friendliness of the staff and the reasonable price of the food being sold were rated from satisfactory to very satisfactory and had come up with several promotional strategies that will improve Binondo as a gastronomic destination in the City of Manila. ABSTRACT: Having a prosperous culture, numerous Chinese traditional restaurants, and historical churches and temples, Binondo in the City of Manila had served not only a home for the Filipino-Chinese community but also extends it resources to those food lovers. In this thesis, the researchers aimed to determine the relationship and influence of the PLM Employees profiles to their gastronomic preferences in the district of Binondo, hence, provide promotional strategies for further improvement of its tourism industry.
