Action note: In: Summary: ABSTRACT: A society's development lies into the welfare of its people. A rapid progressing society needs collective efforts from everyone to attain the common goal of development. Therefore, the researchers propose a study that will motivate the economic growth of a city by increasing the number of labor force that are graduates of Technical Education Skills Development Authority (TESDA) program as well as maintaining or increasing the minimum wage of skilled workers. The purpose of this research is to know how the number of Technical Vocational Graduates and Price of Labor affects the City of Bacoor's Employment Rate. Given that Bacoor is a newly proclaimed city, it is expected to have significant increase to the numbers of businesses being established from time to time. Thus, in line with the growing demand for labor, the TESDA programs could be an important solution on answering the need for the increasing labor demand of the city. The method used in the research is quantitative data in a time series approach on analysing the number of TVET graduates and income level changes for the past 11 years. Gathering sources and information, we used secondary data to come up with results for the most efrficient and accurate manner. After analyzing the data, it is found that the number of TVET graduates have positive impact to the employment rate for the reason that the amount of graduates is an important key to meet the demands of city's growing labor demand. The price of labor showed a significant because TVET skilled graduates are willing to work for a fair and reasonable income. Furthermore, the researcher provided sensible summary and conclusions to sum up the overall results and study.
