This study examined the effectivity of 4P in aiding poverty in NCR using Alkire-Foster method to convert the qualitative raw data from the surveys into quantitative information, then summarizing the data by frequency distribution tables and ranking. The data includes the beneficiaries health, education and living conditions which they analysed using multidimensional poverty index. After analysing the given data and considering each factor of poverty, the researchers concluded that the 4P's do help aid some factors of poverty, namely health and education, but fails to provide assistance in eradicationg poverty in terms of living conditions. The first two factors were significantly affected because it is mandated by the program that these factors be met for them to earn cash grants.
