DEFINITION OF THE PROJECT The Diliman Ship & Shop project integrates logistics and warehousing with retail spaces, emphasizing sustainable green building practices. It features a two-story logistics warehouse with high ceilings, three-story commercial buildings with mezzanines, and an open parking area catering to logistics and retail visitors. A modern bridgeway will link Commercial Buildings 1 and 2, enhancing accessibility and convenience. NAME OF THE PROJECT The proposed Sustainable Integrated Logistics-Commercial Hub is a mixed-use development that combines modern logistics and commercial opportunities while integrating sustainable green building practices. This feasibility study addresses the existing challenges of creating eco- friendly spaces by introducing the project, Diliman Ship & Shop. The name reflects both the location and core functions of the development: Diliman refers to its proximity to the Diliman area in Quezon City, while Ship highlights the logistics component, specifically the Third-party Logistics (3PL) services offered by the project, facilitating the efficient transport of products. Lastly, Shop refers to the retail spaces within the commercial section of the hub, where goods and services will be directly offered to customers. This development is intended to encourage sustainable operations and energy-efficient practices under green building standards, making it an innovative solution for modern logistical and commercial needs.
