DEFINITON OF THE PROJECT The proposed project is a three-story commercial building consisting of a public market and grocery on the ground floor, commercial shops on the second level, and an open space food area on the third level. NAME OF THE PROJECT This proposed three (3) story project aims to introduce a new, organized, and modern marketplace that not only serves as a traditional "palengke" but also features a variety of commercial spaces and an open area with seating. These spaces will provide a place for visitors to relax and unwind after shopping in the market. Thus, this feasibility study strives to address the existing problems by introducing the new and improved, "Dagonoy Market". The name "Dagonoy Market" reflects the project's deep connection to the local community and its rich heritage. The three (3) story Dagonoy Market will serve not only as a commercial hub but also as a community landmark, offering a diverse array of shops, convenient parking, and a unique viewing deck with an alfresco dining experience. The name "Dagonoy" embodies the project's vision of fostering community growth and enhancing the local economy, creating a lively, welcoming space for shopping, dining, and gathering. Like traditional Filipino marketplaces that have long served as community centers, this development aims to become a central hub, providing convenient access to essential services, retail, and recreational spaces.
