Marketing Feasibility In the marketing aspect of the paper, the proponents discussed the marketing strategies, the market strategies, the market segment, and the analyses of demand and supply of rice, to ensure supplies of rice in the most populous area in the Philippines. It is also considered as market demands for rice, having the assurance that it can be purchased as sacks and providing good quality based on the standards and needs of the target market. The proponents choose to establish the business in Pulilan, which has a good quality for producing palay. All the produced products will be marketed in Manila City, where it is the capital of the Philippines. b. Technical Feasibility In the technical aspect of the paper, it is necessary, to consider the uses of the product, the production schedule, machinery and equipment, the plan location and layout, the business' utilities, and its production capacity. The business is expected to harvest an amount of 832 cavans or 41,600 kg from a 2-time period of harvest in year one (1), which there is a daily operation that will occur. Since the area is established at 9018 Nia Rd., Barangay Balatong B. Pulilan, Bulacan, the equipment and machinery are needed in the production and will be utilized seasonally, while office equipment is utilized as well. e. Management Feasibility This aspect discusses the study's proposed business, which will be in the form of a limited partnership. The PALAY-on farm business is composed of students of Business Economics at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. The farm manager will supervise the overall operatins of the PALAY-on farm business to determine whether the farmers' skills and abilities will fit the established standards and requirements by the business policies as well as their rendered duties and responsibilities in the business operations. e. Financial Feasibility In the financial aspect, the farm business is targeted to have sales of agricultural product, which is a sack of rice to rice retailers, convenience store, and grocery store owners, the income does not include the ales of land, machinery, depreciating assets, and other non-farm sources of income. It will be gathered from paddy production in both wet and dry seasons. Provisions such as financial assumption, income statement, cash flow, and other major parts of the financial aspect will provide transparency and acknowledge that economic fluctuations are essential. e. Socio-Economic Feasibility The proposed project aims to provide job opportunities among farmers, which provides innovation in the farming experience while attempting to reduce tax by prioritizing local supply rather than importing foreign supply. It is also assured that they will put a lower price per kilo, which will assist in the increase of rice production in the country and target the country to be one of the top exporters of rice-lastly, targeting to provide importance to the local production of palay in the country.
