Besides its popularity as an ingredient due to its unique flavor, garlic also has its own medical and health benefits. Locally known as 'Bawang,' garlic comes from a plant that produces fresh or dried bulbs. These bulbs, or cloves, are the part that is being used the most, commonly as a food ingredient. Despite the rising demand for the crop, the Philippines' garlic industry's output has been steadily declining. The project proponents see this as an opportunity to start a business that will not just provide a source of income but also help raise the supply of local garlic to fill the gap in the demand for the crop. Artic Crow is a business partnership involved in agricultural and industrial activity. Particularly garlic production. The company operates a garlic farm, where crops are cultivated in greenhouses and, when harvested, sold in the market. The firm commits to producing high-quality garlic that will satisfy the needs of Filipinos, particularly the residents of CALABARZON, which is the focal point of the study. Moreover, it aspires to lead the Philippines in producing first-class agricultural products that will be highly recognized globally. b. Market Feasibility Garlic Crew aims to sell its produce in the markets within Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal and Quezon with future expansion plans to be able to serve a larger number of markets and sellers from other municipalities.
