EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: Oil industry is one of the booming industries tin today's economy. The whole industry is composed of companies focused in supplyinmg oil products. Withour oil, modern tools, machines and automobile are oil useless. We have chosen the largest oil refining and marketing company in the Philippines, Petron Corporation. It supplies 40% of country's oil requirements and its world-class products and quality services fuel the life of millions of Filipinos. Petron operates a refinery in Limay, Bataan with a rated capacity of 180,000 barrels per day. Its Integrated Management System certified refinery processes crude oil into a full range of petroleum products including gasoline, diesel, liquefied petroleum gas, jet fuel, kerosene, industrial fuel oil, and petrochemical feedstocks benzene, toluene, mixed xylene and propylene. From the refinery, Petron moves its product mainly by sea to 32 depots and terminals situated all over the country. We are dedicated and passionate about our vision. To be the leading provider of total customer solutions in the energy sector and its derivative businesses. The steep competition of the industry challenges the company to have the best performance. The purpose of this strategic marketing plan is to maintain its position as the leading oil company and to expand its market larger than what has been accomplished. Our strategies include establishing stations to expand its brand awareness and distributing of new fule like Pinoy Gasoline and Xtend Autogas to join Petron's product list in strategic locations. We also consider promotions in order to gain more potential customers. At Petron, everyone works in synergy to ensure that customers are constantly provided with excellent services. Petron Corporation has grown to be the best. In the coming years, the goal of the company is to find for more opportunities that extends the vision ad empowers the oil industry for the country.
