EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: I. Name of the Company- Bilis Bihis is the name of a laundry establishment that offers laundry and sewing repair services. It is decided by a vote of the company's five businesses partners and owners. Bilis Bihis is a combination of the two Filipino words: bilis and bihis which means the efficiency and promptness expected in laundry services. The two were blended to meet the company's purpose of providing exceptional fast service, fresh and clean clothes. II. Company Logo- The year it was established, company name, and the service offered was evident. The Bilis Bihis logo is a white, blue, and yellow. White is often associated with cleanliness, purity, and freshness. In a laundry shop logo, it can convey the message that the shop provides clean and spotless laundry services. While, blue is associated with trust, reliability, and professionalism. In a laundry shop logo, blue can signify those customers can trust the shop to take good care of their garments. While, yellow is a vibrant and energetic color that can evoke feelings of happiness and positivity. Lastly, yellow might suggest that customers can expect a cheerful and lively experience when using Bilis Bihis services. Combining these colors can create a harmonious and appealing visual representation of the Bilis Bihis values and offerings. A washing machine in the middle is associated with convenience and saving time. Bilis Bihis logo featuring a washing machine could say that they laundry shop understands the busy lives of its customers and aims to provide a fast and convenient solution to their laundry tasks. III. Location of the Enterprise- The team decided on the location of the business after several evaluations and criteria had been met in terms of location. Bilis Bihis can be found at 517 Nueve de Febrero, Mandaluyong, Metro, Manila. The fact that there are multiple similar businesses in the area suggests that there is a high demand for this industry, which is why the researchers chose this location. The group also took into account how accessible the site was, taking into account how close it was to both residential and commercial areas. By taking this calculated risk, Bilis Bihis will be able to meet the needs of a diverse clientele and take advantage of the current market demand. In order to ensure that the target market of the service, which is the residents, employees, and students of Mandaluyong, will be catered to. IV. Description of the Business- Bilis Bihis is the proposed business, which focuses on giving laundry service to the market. The business will offer various services such as wash, dry, and fold, iron, dry cleaning, and sewing repair services. The store will have a waiting area where the cashier can wait until the service is done. The services will have a specific place to avoid confusion for the employees. There would be 16 washing machines that could accommodate every customer. Bilis Bihis offers minimal fee for pick and delivery for all services depends on location of the customer. The customer can schedule the pickup time for their laundry online through our Facebook account. The delivery will depend on the weight of their laundry and on the item brought to the store. The payment can be settled upon delivery with a receipt for transparency. The operating hours will be from 8:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. - Tuesday to Sunday. Holidays would be automatically considered as no business operation; this is to let all employees rest after all the hard works for Bilis Bihis. All employees have a designated schedule to monitor the operation. Also, there are different employees assigned to each service.
