Executive Summary a. Business Description A business named Mr. Squashash sells snacks made from Squash. The name Mr. Squashash is derived from the words squash and fried, which denote that the component is the squash and that the squash would be prepared and fried as squash fritters. The flagship product of Mr. Squashash is fries, which are often made of squash, or Kalabasa in Filipino, rather than potatoes. It is deep-fried until it is golden in color and has already reached its crispiness to make fries, a stripped-cut finger food. To give fries made from squash a crispier flavor and texture, ingredients like eggs, flour, and cornstarch are added to the recipe. b. Management Aspects 1.
