The researchers use a descriptive-correlational design to identify and explain the relationship between variables that exist between them. Simple random sampling is utilized to give the respondents an equal opportunity to answer the survey, wherein the target respondents are 100 from the Human Resource Department (HRD) employees in the BPO industry in Taguig. The results of this research revealed that there is a significant relationship between the intention and actual adoption of Artificial Intelligence and Human Resource Automation in Talent Acquisition in the BPO industry in Taguig. ABSTRACT: This study focuses on determining effectiveness of artificial intelligence and human resource automation on organization performance in talent acquisition in the BPO industry in Taguig. The study examines two hypotheses are to be proven by the use of Spearman's rank correlation coefficient and compute its p-value to determine their significance. The researchers use a descriptive-correlational design to identify and explain the relationship between variables that exist between them.
