Executive Summary : Marketing Aspect Rice has been one of the most important foods in the country for thousand of years. Most of the Filipinos are akin to fastest service especially those people on the go like students. The business will be placed inside the university canteen. It will ensure quality, nutritious and presentable food that everyone can afford. Aside from this, cleanliness wil be patronized. Summary of the Survey: 1. 65% of the respondents want a fast and efficient service while 35% wants to have a quality time with their friends upon waiting for their food. 2. 80% of the respondents prefer rice, 10% prefers sandwich and 10% prefer other. 3. 70% of the respondents want fried rice while 30% wants plain rice 4. 4. 65% of the respondents find Furaido Gohan an attractice name while 35% do not 5. 50% of the respondents say that beef with mushroom are their favorite, 15% of them are more favored to boneless chicken with gravy, 20% of them are want pork barbeque and 15% pork adobo. 6. 6. 60% of the respondents consider quality first in choosing a fast food, 20% chooses price as their first consideration, 10% for short waiting hours and 10% also for convenience. 7. 60% of the respondents are willing to pay an amount ranging from Php 40 to 60 while 30% can afford to spend Php 30 to 40 and 10% can afford to pay Php 60 to 80. Technical Aspect Our product is compose of raw materials that are mix. The main ingredients of our products are rice, chicken, beef, pork, egg, mushroom, oyster sauce, and gray mix. It depends on what our customer will order. We pick these ingredients because we all know that Filipinos eat rice three times a day. The white gain is mainly carbohydrate. Raw materials used were rice, pork, beef, mushroom, chicken, egg, oyster sauce and gravy mixes. Three to four persons were needed in order to facilitate and managed the business. They were also being in charge in maintaining the cleanliness of the surroundings. Management Aspect The business follows the principle of proper management of the business to meets its customers needs of having satisfactory services. Implementing business rules should be properly planned to achieve such victory. Furthermore, in order for a business to standout management should provide integrity and independence for the sake of the loyal and new customers so that in return, there is hope of having preserved trust and confidence towards the management and also, for the business to have a long term commitment with the clients of such services. In order for the business to facilitate properly, a manager will be needed to have an eye to the flow of the business. He will monitor the day-to-day activities. The staffs are the arms of the business for they are the one who perform the services offered. They must be knowledgeable about the service and personnel policies of the business. They must be polite to the customers and deal with them with due respect. Socio Economic Aspect The business will gives benefit to the business owners who will have transaction with the business will gain profit, consumers to save money for the reason that the business product is in economical price as well as it serves a quality food. Its business plan helps the consumer to gain some knowledge about the background, strength and weakness and uniqueness of the business why should they buy in this product, employees where certain people can have a job where they can get enough salaries or simply earn money, the community because it serves as a place that people can to have a bonding. Aside from that it influences people in the community to put their own business, the government for the reason that the business pays tax. The taxes that the business pays help the government to make and produce more projects in the country. In addition the business helps the government to give job for those who are unemployed and lastly students and educators who are the target market of the product. Financial Aspect In order for the business to be monitored properly, the financial statement of the business are needed.
