Also, the marketing strategies are discussed to perfectly select the target market and the conclusion of another feasible market. The researchers chose Laguna as it is nearer to the farming site. The researchers also tested the current supplier's product and observed the local trade system. Regardless of their gender, all can be selected if their age is around 18 to 60 years old. In addition, the vendor should have experience of selling corn products and vegetables. Aside from corn vendors, Cornstar will also supply corn feed manufacturers. d. The said placement has a cultivated soil best used for producing agricultural products. Its elevated land is ideal for corn production as the temperature, sunlight, and rainfall are suitable for farming. The specific growing condition for corn production is ideal for growing good quality products. The farm will utilize 2.5 hectares for plantation and the other. for the warehouse, office building, silo, composting pit, water tank, and machinery storage. The farm will follow the modernized way of farming by using machinery and will use only organic fertilizer made from vermicomposting. e. Management Study Corn Star was born out of the partnership that was formed by seven (7) partners, which consist of Ms. Maricon R. Angco, Mr. Khylle Xavier G. Bautista, Ms. Gian Mae C. Manuel, Ms. Irene Mae O. Porras, Mr. Matthew Freddy A. Racadio, Mr. Glen Mark C. Ramos, and Ms. Blesseree Joice L. Ruzol. The business partners have individually shared the contributions acquired from personal savings and loans from Landbank. The firm's organizational structure includes the general partners and employees, where all of them have skills and abilities that fit their specific job description. Under the General Partners, General Manager and Farm Manager will be in charge. The Human Relations Manager will carefully choose employees. All workers shall be given just compensation and benefits and are subject to SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag- Ibig. e. Financial Study The firm used three (3) hectares of land for the corn plantation, costing nine million six hundred thousand pesos (PHP 9,600,00). The land is located in Galalan, Pangil, Laguna. The farm can produce thirty-six thousand eight hundred (49,420) kilograms of corn after four harvesting periods in one year. In year one, it can reach up to three million seven hundred thirty-four thousand one hundred pesos (PHP 4,101,860.00) revenue. e. Socio-Economic Study This agribusiness will offer job opportunities for the unemployed in Pangil, Laguna, and other municipalities nearby.
