Technical Feasibility This aspect will help us learn more about the procedures for cultivating potatoes and the operation to monitor and achieve the best quality of potatoes. In this aspect, the researchers will specify the machines and equipment utilized in the production process to make it ready to ell in the market. Also, they carefully analyse the crop location and farm lay-out in Atok, Benguet, so the business will quickly establish and apply a schedule and time frame in establishing the potato farm and its services. c. Management Feasibility In this aspect, the researchers discuss the administrative part when establishing the potato farm business, including the organizational structure, policies, and operations management. The company will be owned and operated by the partnership of the Pamantasang ng Lungsod ng Maynila graduates. Each of the, contributes the capital for the equipment and other essentials needed for the operations of the potato farm. In this part, they will also discuss the organizational structure where each officer, personnel, and employee's skills and abilities must achieve and respect the company policy requirements. Employees will be given proper and fair benefits and compensation when unexpected things happen and must follow the rules and regulations of the firm to avoid offenses and penalties. d. Financial Feasibility In this part of the study, the researchers explain the expenses used for the project, the cash flow analysis, and other financial statements to determine if the potato farm business is feasible and profitable. The capital employed for the farm to operate is from the creditors and owned assets and money of the business partners who believe in and aim for the project's success. Moreover, the partners who planned and studied the project and then, later, operated the business ensured to analyse and think critically before spending the budget and avoid profit loss. e.
